By accessing or using FEAT Theory ABC™ at feattheoryabc.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Service Description

FEAT Theory ABC™ is a numerology and Vedic astrology analysis platform that generates personalized reports based on user-provided birth data. The platform is provided by Kiara Astro ABC Pvt Ltd.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• One account per person — multiple accounts for the same person are not permitted
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. FEAT Theory ABC™ is intended for adults only

3. Plans & Payment

• Free plan is available with limited features at no cost
• Paid plans are activated immediately upon successful payment. Current plans and prices are shown on our Pricing section and within the app
• Payments are processed securely via PayU India
• Plan validity begins from the date of payment activation
• Pro plan includes a FEAT Desktop Software license for the same validity period

5. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis methodology, FEAT Theory framework, software, and reports generated by FEAT Theory ABC™ are the exclusive intellectual property of Kiara Astro ABC Pvt Ltd and Somaveer Singh. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without prior written permission.

6. Professional and Consultant Use

FEAT Theory ABC™ is used both by individuals analysing their own chart and by astrologers, numerologists and consultants analysing charts on behalf of others. If you enter the birth details of any person other than yourself:

• You confirm that you have that person's permission to enter and process their information
• You remain responsible for how the resulting reports and guidance are stored, shared and used
• You agree to handle their information in accordance with applicable data protection laws
• You acknowledge that our AI assistant may process whatever is visible on your screen at the moment you open it, which may include that person's details

Kiara Astro ABC Pvt Ltd acts as a processor of the information you choose to enter and does not independently verify consent between you and the individuals whose details you submit.

7. AI Assistant (Elara)

Our platform includes an optional AI assistant called Elara, which helps you navigate the platform and understand your analysis.

• Elara processes your information only when you open her and send a message
• Her replies are generated using a third-party AI service and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
• Elara does not replace the Premium FEAT Report, the Ask Me service, or a personal consultation, and her guidance is not medical, legal or financial advice
• What she processes, and what is excluded, is described in our Privacy Policy

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FEAT Theory ABC™ provides analysis for informational and educational purposes only. The reports and recommendations:

• Are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice
• Are based on numerological and astrological frameworks and should be treated as guidance
• Do not guarantee any specific outcomes in life, health, career, or relationships

9. Limitation of Liability

Kiara Astro ABC Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of FEAT Theory ABC™ or reliance on any report generated by the platform.

10. Prohibited Uses

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract the FEAT methodology
• Sharing account credentials with third parties
• Using automated tools to generate reports in bulk
• Reselling or redistributing reports outside a genuine consultation with the person whose details were used. Consultants on the Basic and Pro plans may deliver white-label reports to their own clients as part of their professional service

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
