1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment under the following conditions:

The platform was completely inaccessible due to a technical error on our side
The plan was activated but you were unable to generate any reports
Duplicate payment was made for the same plan

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Reports have already been generated using the plan
Refund requested after 7 days of purchase
Change of mind after purchase
Dissatisfaction with analysis results or recommendations
Account suspended due to violation of Terms & Conditions
Partial use of plan validity period

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@feattheoryabc.com with:

Your registered email address
PayU Transaction ID or payment reference
Reason for refund request
Date of purchase

We will review your request and respond within 3 working days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via PayU. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Plan Cancellation

There is no auto-renewal on any plan. Your plan simply expires at the end of its validity period (30 days for Basic, 365 days for Pro). No cancellation is required.
