At FEAT Theory ABC™, your privacy is fundamental to how we operate. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use FEAT Theory ABC™:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and phone number when you register.
• Report Data: Date of birth, mobile numbers, house numbers, vehicle numbers, and other details you enter to generate reports.
• Payment Information: Transaction IDs and payment status via PayU. We do not store card or bank details.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, reports generated, and session activity for service improvement.
• AI Assistant Conversations: The messages you send to Elara, our in-app AI assistant, together with the context described in Section 5.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personalized FEAT and Vedic analysis reports
• To manage your account, plan, and license
• To send transactional emails (registration, payment confirmation, license delivery)
• To improve our platform and analysis accuracy
• To provide customer support

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in Europe (VPS). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• PayU India: For secure payment processing
• Hostinger SMTP: For email delivery
• Google (Gemini API): For generating the replies of our AI assistant, Elara. See Section 5 for exactly what is sent.

All astrological and numerological calculations are performed on our own servers using the Swiss Ephemeris library. Your birth details are not sent to any external astrology service in order to generate your reports.

5. AI Assistant (Elara)

Our website and mobile app include an AI assistant called Elara. Elara is optional — she processes your information only when you open her and send a message.

When you do, the following is sent to our servers and to our AI provider, Google (Gemini API), for the sole purpose of generating your reply:

• The message you type.
• Your account context — your name, credit balance, and active plans or services.
• The details saved in your Ask Me profile, and the analysis our engine has already calculated from them (for example your Moolank, Bhagyank, elements, Lagna and current Dasha).
• The name of the screen you opened Elara from, and, in the mobile app, the text that was visible on that screen at that moment.
• A short note of the topics you have asked about before, so that Elara can continue an earlier conversation.

What is never sent. Passwords, one-time passwords and similar protected fields are excluded entirely. Before anything leaves your device, email addresses, PAN numbers, grouped identification numbers and any sequence of six or more digits — such as card, account and order numbers — are masked.

Your control. Elara only reads a screen at the moment you choose to open her; she does not run in the background and does not monitor your activity. Her replies are guidance only and are not medical, legal or financial advice.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.

7. How to Delete Your Account

You are in full control of your account. FEAT Theory ABC™ provides account deletion directly inside the mobile app — no request, approval or waiting period is required.

Deleting your account from the app

1. Open the FEAT Theory ABC app and make sure you are signed in.
2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen.
4. Tap “Delete My Account — Permanently”.
5. A confirmation window appears explaining that the action is irreversible. Read it carefully.
6. Type your registered email address in the confirmation box exactly as it appears on your account.
7. Tap “Delete Permanently”.

Your account is deleted immediately. You are signed out of the app straight away and will not be able to sign in again with those credentials.

If you do not have the app installed

Write to us from your registered email address at support@feattheoryabc.com with the subject line “Delete my account”. We verify that the request comes from the registered address and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your saved Ask Me profile and all birth details you entered
• All reports you generated, including Premium Reports and Kundli Milan reports
• Your remaining FEAT Credits balance, which is forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred
• Your conversation history with our AI assistant, Elara, and the interest notes described in Section 5
• Your saved items, app preferences and notification settings

What is retained, and why

Only your payment and transaction records are kept. Indian tax and accounting law requires businesses to retain records of financial transactions, so these cannot be deleted on request. They are retained solely for billing and audit purposes and are not used to contact you or to rebuild your profile.

Please note: deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your data cannot be recovered afterwards, so download any reports you wish to keep before you proceed.

8. Your Rights

• Access your personal data stored in your account
• Request deletion of your account and associated data — see Section 7 for the step-by-step process
• Opt out of non-transactional emails
• Request a copy of your data
• Request deletion of your AI assistant conversation history and stored interests

9. Data Retention

We retain your account and report data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax laws.

Conversations with our AI assistant are retained to operate and improve the service. The short notes Elara keeps about the topics you have asked about are automatically deleted after 90 days. You may ask us to delete your AI conversation history at any time by writing to support@feattheoryabc.com.

10. Age Requirement

FEAT Theory ABC™ is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use our services, as stated in our Terms & Conditions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@feattheoryabc.com.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
